Summary

Sermorelin is a GHRH analog used experimentally to enhance endogenous GH secretion, often framed as a gentler alternative to direct GH. Small human studies suggest it can raise IGF-1, but evidence for meaningful clinical outcomes (body composition, function, longevity) is limited. It is not approved for anti-aging or general wellness and is mostly used in research or off-label settings.
